Garam secukup rasa
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara-caranya

Tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar
Masukkan ayam dalam tumisan
Masak hingga ayam setengah empuk atau tak berdarah
Tuang ayam dan tumisan ke atas dulang dan bakar hingga ayam menjadi garing
